Visited the dealership a few months back and was more than glad to have gotten Robert P. as my salesperson. Rob helped me narrow down my choices and was patient with me the entire way. In no way was I ever pressured or rushed. Rob was respectful and polite, and made the whole experience that much better. I ended up choosing an X5, an excellent car that lived up to everything I was expecting. He was detailed and went over all of the features and options in the car. I've since sent many of my friends over to this dealership, and Rob has not failed any of them from getting a car- even if it wasn't from his own dealership. Bravo.
