by PriusOwnerC on 08/15/2015Stopped in just to learn more about leases and knowing my loved 2006 Prius was getting up there with its mileage and found myself in the midst of a truly supportive discussion with Marcia the sales person as well as later the Sales Manager… Dan. Both listened carefully to my personal goals, asked great questions and provided me with information. I test drove a 2015 Prius available for lease and by the next day had signed a lease. The entire experience was great! And I love my leased vehicle - price was great - perfect for me! by cineres on 07/29/2014I cannot recommend Northtown enough. They are professional and courteous. I called to make an appointment, and the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant. When I arrived, I was greeted by the information desk and directed to a… salesman. Shawn had a car ready for me to drive and was eager to answer all of my questions. I loved the Prius C, but I wasn't sure if it was within my budget, so I was also considering a Corolla. Shawn and Noah worked with me to find the right balance of miles, down payment, and monthly payment on a Prius lease, and I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I could afford. The bargaining process was straightforward, and I did not feel hoodwinked. I felt like I was a part of the process and actually understood the numbers game. When I showed up to pick up my car, the process ran like a well oiled machine. It was painless and I knew exactly what to expect next. (This was my first time buying/leasing from a dealership, so I was a little nervous.) And now I have a fantastic car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Shawn to anyone.purchase auto

His experience and knowledge about the Prius was impressive. Paul was pleasant and not pushy or phoney. My plan was to listen to… sales pitch and then go to Basil to see what they would offer. I didn't need to do that because I felt comfortable with Paul more than any other sales consultant I have worked with in the past. So it was a done deal. I Love my new Prius!!Review of Noah T

Noah was accommodating to our specific needs and was very helpful with making an educated and professional decision of what works best for us. He made us feel important… and that our meeting with him mattered and we never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. After the decision was made to lease a 2014 Toyota Venza and the paperwork was being processed, he took the time to explain every detail of the car. It was very helpful and definitely needed as there were new aspects to the car we would not have had any idea what to do. Noah has a great personality and shows he cares about his customers and wants the best for his customers. Thank you for a great experience. You have to know your range and do research before coming and buying a vehicle. I did buy a vehicle, not the one I had in mind but a different one, and I got a… good lease deal because I was very firm on pricing and knew how sales at these places work.Unbeliveablly awful experience

I was looking to buy an SUV from them and liked the car so much I decided to place the car on hold and gave them $200. I went back 2 days later to get the car and they had sold it an… hour before I got there despite the fact they took $200 dollars out of my bank account and the MANAGEMENT assured me I was going to get this car. Take it from a person who has been screwed by them STAY AWAY!Thank you for sharing your experience. Easy! Efficient! Educational!

My sales representative, Jeff S, made the process of purchasing a new auto easy. Yes the Scion product is easy on the pocketbook, but Jeff also put my… mind at ease in a decision that _can_ be difficult. Efficient: well sure I did some homework online before I walked in, and I've had Toyota/Scion vehicles before so I knew where I was going basically - but this process was efficient with auto, financing, insurance and registration all falling into place. Colore Dave happy. Educational: sure, well long ago I decided to approach everything as an education, I mean why get bent out of shape about everything in life - it's all a learning experience...but buying a car? Sure because at Northtown you're dealing with a very knowledgeable crew. And they took time to answer some of my rather _basic_ questions about cars. (Er what's this thingie over 'ere do?) I know I got some education and if you don't mind my saying so i think some of the staff got a little learning in human nature from _me_ too. So this is why I put a title on my review of Easy! It wasn't long before he got the manager, who didn't believe that my current lease (a… northtown toyota lease) was written as 25,000 miles per year. The manager then told us that he couldn't help us and dismissed us. We were humiliated and apparently, they did not want to make a sale...we went somewhere else.Hi Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We value everything our customers have to say. We try to give each customer a positive experience regardless of which department they visit. It's clear that we missed the mark with you on your visit and for that I'm truly sorry.
