Worst car sales experience ever

My husband and I went in to turn in our Rav4 and get a new Rav4. The salesman let us test drive one and then proceeded to go over ridiculous prices. It wasn't long before he got the manager, who didn't believe that my current lease (a northtown toyota lease) was written as 25,000 miles per year. The manager then told us that he couldn't help us and dismissed us. We were humiliated and apparently, they did not want to make a sale...we went somewhere else.
