Northtown Toyota

I enjoyed my Northtown Scion experience because I found it Easy! Efficient! Educational! My sales representative, Jeff S, made the process of purchasing a new auto easy. Yes the Scion product is easy on the pocketbook, but Jeff also put my mind at ease in a decision that _can_ be difficult. Efficient: well sure I did some homework online before I walked in, and I've had Toyota/Scion vehicles before so I knew where I was going basically - but this process was efficient with auto, financing, insurance and registration all falling into place. Colore Dave happy. Educational: sure, well long ago I decided to approach everything as an education, I mean why get bent out of shape about everything in life - it's all a learning experience...but buying a car? Sure because at Northtown you're dealing with a very knowledgeable crew. And they took time to answer some of my rather _basic_ questions about cars. (Er what's this thingie over 'ere do?) I know I got some education and if you don't mind my saying so i think some of the staff got a little learning in human nature from _me_ too. So this is why I put a title on my review of Easy! Efficient! Educational! A tip O' the hat to Jeff.
