Northtown Toyota

I cannot recommend Northtown enough. They are professional and courteous. I called to make an appointment, and the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant. When I arrived, I was greeted by the information desk and directed to a salesman. Shawn had a car ready for me to drive and was eager to answer all of my questions. I loved the Prius C, but I wasn't sure if it was within my budget, so I was also considering a Corolla. Shawn and Noah worked with me to find the right balance of miles, down payment, and monthly payment on a Prius lease, and I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I could afford. The bargaining process was straightforward, and I did not feel hoodwinked. I felt like I was a part of the process and actually understood the numbers game. When I showed up to pick up my car, the process ran like a well oiled machine. It was painless and I knew exactly what to expect next. (This was my first time buying/leasing from a dealership, so I was a little nervous.) And now I have a fantastic car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Shawn to anyone.
