    I've bought two Jeep Renegades from this dealer, the first model year and then traded that for a 2021, both Trailhawks. I eventually bought a 2023 Renegade Altitude from Lithia in Santa Fe. Both purchases in Albuquerque were typical dealer hassles with all the usual crap they pull. The Lithia purchase was delightful. Sales and customers were laughing all the way through the deal. Service at the Albuquerque Jeep dealer was always an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Two televisions going all the time and usually not synced, plus music from the overhead speakers fight the TVs. And always a problem, we don't have time to do that. Make another appointment, even though they were told what needed to be done beforehand. My most recent experience finally taught me I have to go to Santa Fe for everything to do with Jeeps. I brought my 2023 Renegade in for service on December 30, 2023. There was a recall for a minor airbag switch issue, the stop/start stopped working, battery was not fully charging and regular oil change and fluids. The 30th was a Monday, tech said it would probably be Thursday. I said fine, figuring it would be Friday. I had had a long hospital stay after major surgeries and many follow up appointments so had used a lot of favors for rides from friends in 2024. At nearly 80, you don't have many friends left, most have died! So, I had limited rides available to retrieve the car but they all ended on that Friday, January 3. Called Monday the 6th since I had heard nothing. Was told service would call back in a few minutes. Called again on the 8th after no call from service, Asked for the service manager. Was given the "drive" manager since service manager was not available. Drive manager insisted she was the manager. Very sympathetic, many apologies. Service tech went on vacation and did not tell anyone about the car? Pretty preposterous. Don't they have computers just for the purpose of keeping track of other people's property? Drive manager promised car would be ready Friday the 10th, absolutely!! Called Saturday 11th after no word. Phone person, same that passed on previous message, said message would go to Drive manager. Called Monday 13th spoke to Drive manager; she couldn't remember the situation until I gave her a blow by blow. Several times on hold while she checked situation. Eventually, call you back in 45 minutes. Nothing! On the 14th, I get a text from a tech giving a link to track status of vehicle. Status is Arrival, Complete: Inspection, in Progress. texted back, Is this a joke??? Car arrived the 30th of December. Response, I have to make a new repair order, your vehicle should be ready by end of the day. It will be interesting to see if they will deliver the car since I have no rides available to retrieve it. Stay away from L. H. Miller Jeep in Albuquerque.
    • Sad Update: Finally was told Renegade was ready Jan.15! Ride Manager was very apologetic and promised to make everything right. She made a good attempt but failed. Drove the car home on the 17th and the stop/start did not work. Not even after full warm-up. Insult on top of Injury, they didn't have the sense to wash the frickin car!!!

    Brought my vehicle in for scheduled service and to address a recall issue. - They had over-booked their appointments, took 3 1/2 hrs for 1 1/2 hr estimated completion. My service advisor provided a recommended service checklist of items that needed attention. 1. Tune-up - change spark plugs $183.80 Car had 55k on it: Jeep maintenance manual recommends service @ 100k for this procedure. 2. Replace cabin filter: $66.25 had it done @ Pep Boys for $39.00 3. Balance tires, front/back wheel alignment $177.95 Assessment did not mention wear or remaining life of my tires. I knew I had perhaps another 2k miles max left on them. Purchased new tires elsewhere: price for install, balancing & wheel alignment under $100. - It cost me $134.00 to have my vehicle serviced at another servicing location. The total amount recommended by LHM: $493.82 - This dealership also devalued a trade-in quote for my vehicle because it needed new brakes. Had my breaks inspected at another dealership and was told they should last another 40k miles! - Never having my vehicle serviced at LHM again. Not honest people.

    I am went to have an oil change and my Winchell wipers checked and then the service tech or greeter was phenomenal and he explain some stuff upgraded my oil change for me and when I got back my truck was washed cleaned and everything was spectacular!

    The service technician was great! The whole service department was awesome! The check in technician as well as the actual technician that worked on my car! They were both very professional and polite! Great service I will definitely be back to continue to service my Jeep!

    Best service from a reputable dealer. Yes, car service is and always has been pricey. However, you still can't beat the dealer for the warranty and the OEM parts and the knowledge of your car. So, in the long run, you'll be ahead of the game. Plus, Brandon and the boys know their job to a tee and always come thru, every time I've been there. Many years now. Go see 'em!

    I scheduled an oil change for 7 am. I thought I would be in and out in an hour. It took two hours! This is way too long for a oil change. I was very disappointed. I had a class scheduled at 9 am and I was late.

    The service was fast and accurate. They fixed the car in no time. I ordered a FOB key and it is, as expected by any dealer, disproportionally expensive ($180 for the FOB, $80 for the coding, but they gave me a rebate of $30) when the device and the coding are worth a fewq bucks.

    Larry H. Miller CJDR Albuquerque has stellar sales crew, but the service crew is a different story. Mind you, I bought two Jeep Wranglers almost at a space of 30 days in August and September last year, the 2020 2 Door Jeep Wrangler Sport for my partner and a 2019 2 Door Wrangler Sport for myself, but the 2020 Wrangler Sport is exhibiting problems like 2 out of 3 times when you start the car it will not start and the panel will display a warning light to bring it to the dealership for inspection. Yesterday we were riding the car and the engine died in the middle of the street and Cruise Control won't work.... reason I am doing this review, hoping they will read this and will reach out to me. My partner brought the Jeep to the dealership, the service crew was not friendly and it seems like they are being inconvenienced by my partner's visit. They told him it was a glitch in the computer system, which they did not offer to fix. To this day, it is still a problem and they have not offered any solutions. Saturday, I brought the 2019 Wrangler for scheduled oil change, was standing there for over 5 minutes, service people were standing doing nothing but never bothered to ask me if I need any help until I yelled I need help. You would think they will be nicer but no, they were not. I hope Chrysler will read this review, and reach out to me so that I can find solution to that lemon of Jeep Wrangler 2020 I bought. Buy Japanese, or even Korean, my trade in was a RAV4, and I regret changing brands. Nice people at Toyota, other way around at Jeep.

    I feel that my service rep Trent went over and beyond expectations, to ensure my requests for service were 100% satisfactory. He not only took the time to listen to my vehicle needs in a patient and attentive way but explained the work that would be performed in detail for me to understand, as well as explaining information regarding fees. Best of all he took the time to correct a scheduling issue by addressing it to his service manager to ensure I would be compensated for the error made by their Chevrolet location. Which his manager understood and had no problem in correcting. I truly appreciate Trent Paisley's at Larry H Miller Dodge for his professionalism and dedication and Larry H Miller for standing by their word in providing GREAT Customer Service, especially during the difficult times we are all currently living!     Requested a standard service appointment (oil & filter change) online. Appointment made easily & drop off & pick-up were uneventful. Took a few hours longer than I think it should have, but I wasn't in a hurry and dropped off and left. On the downside, while I was waiting for it to finish, got a request for approval of "additional services" (including cabin/air filter replacements, tire rotations, etc.) for a whopping $800. No a fan of sticker shock nor of bait & switch, so I declined those...other than that, it was fine.
