Requested a standard service appointment (oil & filter change) online. Appointment made easily & drop off & pick-up were uneventful. Took a few hours longer than I think it should have, but I wasn't in a hurry and dropped off and left. On the downside, while I was waiting for it to finish, got a request for approval of "additional services" (including cabin/air filter replacements, tire rotations, etc.) for a whopping $800. No a fan of sticker shock nor of bait & switch, so I declined those...other than that, it was fine.
