by MaryBeth on 08/01/2018Just purchased a preowned Crosstrek from Victory Subaru. Shari was so personable and helpful in every way. She connected me with Matt who handled the purchase. Matt was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. During test drive he… assisted me with the Starlink and Bluetooth, explained the car, and made sure he took care of all my requests. I felt like family with Matt and Shari. There were a few scratches on bumper and Shari offered me to come back for touch up when they get the color, and they would take care of it. Also offered 2 free oil changes and car wash for a year.. Only negative was the detail shop could do a better job cleaning the vehicle - sent it back for detailing 3 times. Matt was very patient about this and made sure I was satisfied. Love the vehicle and loved their service. We drove 2 hours to Victory to test drive and drove home that night with an awesome car.Great Experience

I was adamant it was the only car I would consider but Needing to replace my total loss car was extremely stressful and… overwhelming. I could have easily fell prey to a salesperson looking to take advantage of my vulnerability. Victory Subaru did just the opposite, showing sensitivity, empathy, fairness and efficiency. They returned my rental for me and I left in my new foresterGreat salesperson
by Sheila on 07/07/2018I started by asking for a test drive of a new Subaru while my Subaru was being serviced. I was considering replacing it 3-4 years from now. Chris Sisco did an excellent job of listening to what I was interested in and identifying the best… Subaru for my needs. He was knowledgeable, sincere, and not at all pushy. He suggested that I drive the car home on my own (30 minutes away) and invite my husband to come back with me. This was so much better than the usual 5-minute test drive around the block with the salesperson in the car. As a result, I'm seriously considering buying a new Subaru soon. Chris' fine treatment was great for me and also may result in a sale for him.Outback

He pointed out the differences in feel of the cars and the differences in cargo space (none - just different configuration).… There was no hard sell. He got us the deal we wanted and I think the trade for our old car was very fair. Another salesperson, Rashid, helped out a lot even though I assume Sergio would get credit for the sale. Rashid got through to our insurance company and got us the financing application. Financing guy was great too! No surprises and no hard sell.Great New Car Buying Experience at Victory Subaru

After months of shopping around with not much luck, I decided to try out Victory Subaru. Searching… and navigating their website I decided to request for a quote "V-Price" . Within the hour I received a response from Louis Hernandez who gave me their price and some great information I didn't even know about the car of my choice. I decided to make a trip to the dealership and was welcomed at the door by Rich Rodriguez who gave me further information, took me on a test drive and gave me the same deal Louis and I had spoken of prior to me arriving to the dealership. Victory Subaru is true to their word, no scam or anything of that nature to just try getting someone in the door. I walked out with a brand new 2018 Subaru Outback! Then directed me and presented me to my Sales Person Matthew Tsakon also very helpful and knowledgeable; the whole staff made me feel very… welcomed. by cedyced15 on 03/14/2018Gather around. I have a story to tell..... I went to Victory Subaru in December, causally looking at cars in the showroom. Previous to my visit, I did research on a Subaru Impreza and was eager to know more about the car. With my short… stature, I was greeted by a tall gentleman by the name of Steve. On this day, I explained that I recently got engaged and looking to improve my credit by owning my own car. At that moment, I leased (under my moms name) 15 Nissan Altima and my contract was set to be up in a year. He gave me all the basic information about the car but also expressed that I was not ready to make the switch just yet. I looked at this opportunity to look at different cars at different dealership. Since my first interaction with Steve at Victory Subaru, Ive made visits to Nissan, Mitsubishi, Honda & Toyota. Nothing appealed me like the way the Impreza did in December. But as a negotiating tactic, I told him I was looking at cars but he assured me to go look at those cars but I will be back here at this dealership talking about the Impreza. Of course, I laughed at his confidence and went to the other dealerships. But he was right - nothing appealed me like the way the Impreza did in December. I went back to Victory in February and ask Steve. In shock, he remembered everything we talked about. I wanted this Impreza, he knows I wanted the Impreza. So we discuss to get the Impreza. Not once, he pressured me. Not once he gave me an alternative that would not benefit me. He even shared his life story about how he was in the same situation as I am. I liked me because he didnt treat me as a customer, he treated me like FAMILY. Still counting pennies on my end to ask sign on the bottom line, he ask me to put a small deposit so the car wouldnt be sold to anyone which I did. After a whole weekend of talking to my fiance, my mom, my uncle and couple of random strangers, I decided to go with the car. This was on Monday and every mile Ive put on the Impreza, I have not regretted it.
