Victory Subaru

Just purchased a preowned Crosstrek from Victory Subaru. Shari was so personable and helpful in every way. She connected me with Matt who handled the purchase. Matt was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. During test drive he assisted me with the Starlink and Bluetooth, explained the car, and made sure he took care of all my requests. I felt like family with Matt and Shari. There were a few scratches on bumper and Shari offered me to come back for touch up when they get the color, and they would take care of it. Also offered 2 free oil changes and car wash for a year.. Only negative was the detail shop could do a better job cleaning the vehicle - sent it back for detailing 3 times. Matt was very patient about this and made sure I was satisfied. Love the vehicle and loved their service. We drove 2 hours to Victory to test drive and drove home that night with an awesome car.
