This place is busy! We were helped by Sergio Ramirez who took us on test drives of the Forester and Outback. He pointed out the differences in feel of the cars and the differences in cargo space (none - just different configuration). There was no hard sell. He got us the deal we wanted and I think the trade for our old car was very fair. Another salesperson, Rashid, helped out a lot even though I assume Sergio would get credit for the sale. Rashid got through to our insurance company and got us the financing application. Financing guy was great too! No surprises and no hard sell.
