Recently survived a serious head on crash due in large part to being in my forester, as emergency personnel told me. I was adamant it was the only car I would consider but Needing to replace my total loss car was extremely stressful and overwhelming. I could have easily fell prey to a salesperson looking to take advantage of my vulnerability. Victory Subaru did just the opposite, showing sensitivity, empathy, fairness and efficiency.
