Great Experience

The service I received at Victory Subaru was quite exceptional. There was little to no wait to see a sales associate. Once I met… my sales associate, Rachid, I knew I was in the right place. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Rachid listened to all of my requests and created the perfect deal for me. As a result I drove out of there in a 2018 Subaru Forester. A big shout out to Rachid and the staff at Victory Subaru, it was a pleasure doing business with you all!Best Purchase ever

by joooyyyyy on 03/06/2018GREAT EXPERIENCE & FRIENDLY STAFF! My 2003 Impreza was on it's last legs and because i needed a reliable car, it was about time for a new one. So out of a recommendation from a coworker, I went to Victory Subaru and met with Steven… Schwartz & John Rodriguez (mgr). We found the right car for my budget, a 2018 Forester. Steven and John were pretty straight forward and made the sale run smooth. Steven helped me pick out a car based on what i wanted, with me with the test drive, and made sure i was all set up with my car at the end. He also followed up with my to see how i was doing with the car a week later and has made himself available if I had any questions or concerns. Finance also went pretty quick and smooth but he also made sure to explain any questions or concerns i had with the paper work, finance, and worked with my budget. So I'm happy to go home with a new car on the spot and still on budget.Great experience - I recommend

I purchased a 2014 Subaru Impreza hatchback that I found on Edmunds, and they were true to their online price. I worked with… Sergio, who was really really great. Not pushy, extremely informative, and let me take the time I needed. After buying, I brought the car to my mechanic and he said it looked great - that it was like new. Sergio has checked in a couple times, and, amazingly, when the registration costs were less than what they had charged me, they gave me back the difference when I came to pick up the tags. My experience with Victory Subaru was really great. I also got financing through the dealership, which I admit was less great, though not terrible. The financing rep tried to push a bunch of warrantees on me, and seemed borderline upset when I expressed not wanting them. He also wasn't great when I actually took some time to read (or at least skim) the documents I was signing. That said, overall, great experience. I recommend them.Highly recommend!

The one constant through all their changes of name and management has been great customer service. This was true today when… I just leased my 5th Subaru and 1st Cross Trek from Victory. I expected only to order a car today, and pick it up at some future date. Instead, with the help of salesman Rich Rodriguez, we were able to make a great deal on a new car and drive it home the same day. Rich was friendly and very forthright; he definitely wanted to sell a car, but did not give us a lot of pressure and doubletalk. He listened to my wants and needs and we made a realistic deal on price. Great experience here today, and I will be back someday for my 6th Subaru.Small dealer, big on service

Needless to say, I had a great experience. Go see Rachid! He treated me… with respect and had the most patience with me during my auto shopping experience. Rachid did not fit the typical "car salesman". No pressure, no tactics, no agendas... In fact, I found a great deal for a different car at a different dealer, but the salesman was so aggressive and overbearing that I did not want to give him my business. If you need a car and like Subraus, please go to Victory Subaru. They are attentive, friendly, and will not steer you wrong. Again, go see Rachid!!!Excellent experience purchasing my first car

Paula and Rachid made the process run smoothly and were very courteous, patient, and beyond helpful throughout the entire ordeal. They were… extremely knowledgeable while at the same time being fun and charismatic. I have heard plenty of stories of aggressive salesmen/women and people feeling bullied into making an unfair deal, but you won't find anything remotely close to that here! Not only Paula and Rachid but every staff person I spoke with was warm and inviting, making sure all of my needs were met and that I was getting the best deal possible, which I did, and which would have only been possible had I come here. Overall I had an excellent, 5-star experience, thanks to the wonderful staff at Victory Subaru.Would highly recommend

by admatos21 on 01/30/2018This was my very first time entering a dealership shopping for a car and I am beyond grateful that this was my first choice dealership. I always thought car salesmen and those who work at a dealership are "pushy" and do everything possible… to nickel and dime you for everything that you have, but at Victory Subaru that was not the case. They are the opposite of "pushy" and the entire staff was willing to help me and answer all of my questions. I inquired about a Crosstrek through Victory Subaru's online chat and I was helped by Louis who was able to schedule a test drive at a time that was best for me. Entering the dealership, I was greeted by Sarah the receptionist who was sweet and lovely. Then I proceeded to work with Rachid the salesman. He was very pleasant to work with and extremely honest with me throughout this entire process. I was interested in a Crosstrek and before I test drove it, Rachid gave me a detailed break down on all of its safety features, which only validated my decision in choosing a Subaru. Two days later, I went to the dealership with more questions, which were gladly answered by Rachid and Manny who further assisted me. Being that this was my first time buying a car, I had tons of questions and it was a stressful event, I've never experienced before. After deciding on a car and signing the documents, I was then greeted by Andre, who was in charge of warranty. He was also very honest with me and gave me many options that were suitable for my budget. As I mentioned above, this was a no pressure environment, which really made me feel comfortable in making this purchase decision. Victory Subaru and its staff are professional, friendly, and welcoming, who truly surpassed my needs and expectations. Update: I went back 3 days later to provide staff with proper documentation for my trade in and I was greeted by everyone, which made me feel appreciated. I look forward to doing all business with Victory Subaru and I am so glad that I didn't go anywhere else!!Friendly and Painless Sales Experience

Rachid was very friendly and knowledgeable - In the span of four visits over a week and a half I purchased… Forester. Before this I knew almost nothing about Subaru. The dealership was very busy, but very professional and very willing to work with me. I highly recommend them for Subaru.
