    The service I received at Paul Miller Subaru was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. In addition, they went above and beyond by washing and vacuuming and armor-alled my tires so my car not only runs well but looks good.

    There was no wait to check my vehicle in and the rep had my loaner car ready and waiting. The service was completed in the time frame that was promised and my car was returned being freshly washed. This was definitely a zero hassle experience!

    This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jared Vian was so attentive to , My needs, explaining everything to me, and altjough it was time for him to go home, he stayed and helped me with everything. He was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions.

    Service was courteous and professional. Robert, my service rep, presented me with a few recommendations, explained them in detail and outlined the costs associated with each so I could make an informed decision.

    We went into Paul Miller to look at cars. The woman at the front desk was polite. We were referred to Joe Bigio who was at first decent. As we inquired further about certain cars, he became rude and curt and uninformative. As potential customers, I didn't understand why he was so standoffish and impolite. He then made snarky comments about us in front of us. A coworker passed by and asked him what he said and he repeated himself. This was all in front of us as if we could not hear them. I found this completely rude and unnecessary. There goes my business... right out the door. I thought about talking to the manager but if the two salesmen thought it was professional to talk about us in front of us, I'm not sure how much better the manager would be. I was extremely disappointed with the service of this client adviser.

    Came down to Paul Miller with my son Michael Brady to purchase a new Subaru as his transmission went this week. They were able to take my car for routine service while we were there. The express service is great.

    Brought vehicle in for routine maintenance, oil, filter, etc. Easy to schedule. Friendly, prompt and courteous service. All questions answered. Service completed in promised delivery time. I will not hesitate to continue using Paul Miller Subaru for my service needs.

    My purchase went well. Carlos Arana was incredibly polite and helpful and kept me updated on the status of the delivery of my new Subaru Legacy. He explained everything on the interior of the car after my purchase and answered all my questions with clarity.

    When we walked in the dealership we were greeted with professionalism and since we knew what we wanted, getting it was a breeze.We took a test drive and the salesman explained everything about the car. We just took a couple of days to check some other dealerships for price and availability.None of them came close to what Paul Miller offered.We came back and signed the papers and a few weeks later we got the car.The salesman kept us informed at every step until the car came in.

    I have had my Subaru Forester for 1 month and my tire had a slow leak. I brought the car in without an appointment and I was quickly tended to. I was informed there was a nail in the tire and that I would need a new one. The tire was replaced quickly. The staff was very helpful and efficient. Great first experience with the service department.

    My car buying experience was not bad. The service after the purchase was terrible. Less than a week after I purchased the vehicle, I took it to my local Subaru dealership for a multi-point inspection. They found issues (not unexpected). I took exception to the safety issues that should not have been there before I purchased the vehicle. There was an open safety recall, two studs and lugs were broken on the back tire, and the front arm bushings were cracked. I took it back where I was told by the Pre-Owned Sales Manager that the other dealership actually broke the lugs on the back tire. He did not take my safety concerns seriously and was very disrespectful, not to mention blaming another Subaru dealership for the issues. The service department ended up taking care of the issues that they felt were necessary. I am still working on getting the others fixed but no one seems to be returning my messages. I even sent an email to the general manager...but have not gotten a response. Please shop elsewhere.

    great service great deal,i needed a transmission oil changer and was told how long it would take,in exactly the time i was told it would be done the job was done.the price was ok and they also found a small nail i wasn't aware of in one of my tires and repaired it,over all a well spent hour and twenty minutes. will see them again.

    I brought in my 16 wrx cvt for a leak, and while most shops would have just whiped it off and told me its nothing, the techs at paul miller subaru did a superb job of finding where a tiny dab of oil came from and fixed the issue before it got worse. Thanks guys
