    Carlos was patient, professional, and informative. The transaction was straightforward - the sales team presented a fair price, well below the True Car Estimate, eliminating the need for haggling. The loan application and paperwork was reasonably quick. Overall an excellent experience.

    I had made an appointment online to make sure I had a 'spot'. I didn't realize there was a change to the website and now there is no room to add written text. I wanted to make Service aware that I had coupons. Please put that feature back on your website. I didn't know that there was Express service until I got to the dealership. Once they saw what I needed done, I was directed to the Express desk. What a great idea for those that are just having routine things done (oil change, tire rotation). I like to wait for my car and the waiting area is clean and bright. And wow! The huge TV that is now there! So easy to see. And the total car wash service is fantastic. I was so pleasantly surprised to see that the interior was washed as well. Keep up the great work.

    While traveling to NJ ,my Subaru needed to be serviced. Stopped in Paul Miller in Nj . They where very friendly and my issue was resolved .

    This is my second purchase of a new Subaru in eight weeks time from Paul Miller Subaru. My wife and I were so satisfied with the level of attention and service that we received the first time, it was a no brainer to come back to see Miguel Cely at Paul Miller Subaru when we needed to buy another car. We were greeted right when we walked in and were very quickly on our way to buying our 2016 Legacy. All staff members took care of us like we were family members and all of our car buying needs were taken care of professionally without pressure. We will return to see Miguel at Paul Miller Subaru when we buy our next car!

    The team at Paul Miller Subaru did a fantastic job with my purchase of the 2015 XV CrossTrek Hybrid. The entire process took less than a week from test-drive to final purchase. The price negotiations were no-pressure. And the final delivery was seamless. I would highly recommend Paul Miller Subaru and especially Joe Bigio to anyone purchasing a Subaru.

    Can't be any more happy on how everything went, usually it's back and forth with dealers but not here. Ryan gets 10 stars from me. He is really knowledgeableally of Subaru and even owns them, not like some other place I been to where they don't know the models of there cars or what is stander on it. He met me half way and got me out of my upside down car and put me in a car that will hold it value a 2015 wrx and welcomed me to the Subi family.LOVE!!!! Thank you Ryan

    My experience was wonderful. They worked with me to get the car I wanted , the outback for the best price . My salesman was very experienced and helpful . He showed me how to use all the buttons inside the car and sink my phone to blue tooth . I am very happy with my experience .

    A friend thoughtfully did the research for me and discovered that finding an all wheel drive vehicle with a manual transmission is about like stumbling upon a unicorn. Fortunately, Subaru makes such a vehicle - the Imprezza. Even more fortunately, Paul Miller was able to sell me one in seven days. I'm delighted.
