Dealership Sales Review
My car buying experience was not bad. The service after the purchase was terrible. Less than a week after I purchased the vehicle, I took it to my local Subaru dealership for a multi-point inspection. They found issues (not unexpected). I took exception to the safety issues that should not have been there before I purchased the vehicle. There was an open safety recall, two studs and lugs were broken on the back tire, and the front arm bushings were cracked. I took it back where I was told by the Pre-Owned Sales Manager that the other dealership actually broke the lugs on the back tire. He did not take my safety concerns seriously and was very disrespectful, not to mention blaming another Subaru dealership for the issues. The service department ended up taking care of the issues that they felt were necessary. I am still working on getting the others fixed but no one seems to be returning my messages. I even sent an email to the general manager...but have not gotten a response. Please shop elsewhere.
