    I bought a 2020 Legacy last fall and was having an impossible time synching my new Android phone (purchased in January) with the Legacy's software. When the dealer, Ingram, made contact about my 6 mos service, I asked him for help. He urged me to drop by. When I did Ingram was busy with a client. Not wanting to interrupt, I went to the Service Dept. Immediately Gary dropped what he was doing and went out to my car with me to see if he could help. No luck, but he offered to find Sam (Samantha) for more assistance. Sam came right out and spent 20 minutes with me but again, no luck. Then she suggested I leave my car for its service appt and made arrangements with Vanessa for me to do that. After I left, I found out that Sam, with the help of Vanessa and anyone else she could consult, worked on the problem until it was solved. Vanessa called before she left to give me an update on the progress. When I returned the next day, Sam then took the time to walk me through how to make the connection with my phone. And it worked! We literally cheered together! Over the years, I have come to expect good service from Paul Miller but this was WAY behind my expectations and I'm glad to have a chance to tell my story. Everyone on staff was immediately helpful and professional but Sam especially went out of her way to fix the problem. I hope someone will tell her how much I appreciated her help and THANKS to all!

    I am a finance manager for a Ford dealership, my father wanted another Outback. Everyone at Paul Miller was great. Our salesman Parker Evans was helpful and patient. Sharon and Lauren did a great job. I am not easily impressed, but everyone was super helpful and it was a smooth transaction. Thank you

    Vanessa in Service was great to work with. Great communication and professionalism. My only concern was with the waiting area. Chairs and people were too close together.

    At first there was a little confusion on the reason I was bringing my car in for service. I got a recall notice for an air conditioner issue that needed repair. I made the appointment over the phone. However, when I got there they had me down for an appointment for a brake light issue for a car I bought there in 2012 that I no longer own. This was supposed to be for an appointment for my 2019 Subaru. However, upon realizing the scheduling error, the very courteous service rep immediately corrected the error in their computer system and had it all straightened out in no time. Service was performed exactly as expected and car was ready and all washed when promised.

  • Great and safe experience during pandemic

    Recently purchased a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and had a wonderful experience with Paul Miller Subaru on Route 46. During the pandemic, we wanted to ensure that we were doing this safely and with the least amount of in-person contact. We negotiated the rate and discussed fees for the car online. Sharon Coppola offered a great discount that beat out all other offers from local Subaru dealers. When we arrived onsite to view the car and process paperwork, Parker Evans went above and beyond to make the process easy for us. We were able to conduct most of our business outside. There were no hassles, and no hidden fees. The price we agreed online, was the price we paid. When we wanted to pick up the car, Parker even came into the office on his day off to ensure we were taken care of. Very happy with our experience and recommend to others.

    Our dealer was fantastic. Everything went smoothly. the only problem was in trying to show me how to use the starlink. The cable wouldn't work (not the dealers fault) but he sent me videos on how to use everything and offered to have me come back if I couldn't figure it out.

    I purchased and continue to have my vehicle serviced at Paul Miller despite it's some 30 miles from my home. Their sales and service personnel are polite, professional, and most important of all honest and courteous. When you make an appointment they discuss the issues with you, tell you the cost, and approximately the time it will take. No surprises and no BS. Your car goes in, gets serviced, you pay what you expected and you're done.

    This past Saturday (Jan. 16), I had an issue with my son’s Subaru. I was extremely impressed with the Exceptional service, professionalism, and the timely manner in which the vehicle was fixed. I want to personally acknowledge GM Jim Scott, he saw me and came over to greet me, he made me feel like I was family. I had actually bought a Subaru Impreza (May 2020), for my son all because of Jim out going personality, and sincerity. I had also expressed that I was looking for another vehicle. Kudos, also to Cesar and Vanessa who are part of the service team. I have on numerous occasions in the past 8 months recommend this dealership when discussing car purchases whole heartily to my family and friends!

    I recently went in to have my wipers replaced. The technician looked up my records and saw that I had one free set of wipers. They even filled up my windshield wiper fluid all for free. Was out of there in 10 minutes on a busy day. I would highly recommend Parsippany Subaru

    We purchased a new used outback from Paul Miller and it could not have been easier. They were upfront about every cost, and the price listed was the price we walked out paying! We had been to two other subaru dealers locally who do not abide by those principles. We will definitely be back!
