onAt first there was a little confusion on the reason I was bringing my car in for service. I got a recall notice for an air conditioner issue that needed repair. I made the appointment over the phone. However, when I got there they had me down for an appointment for a brake light issue for a car I bought there in 2012 that I no longer own. This was supposed to be for an appointment for my 2019 Subaru. However, upon realizing the scheduling error, the very courteous service rep immediately corrected the error in their computer system and had it all straightened out in no time. Service was performed exactly as expected and car was ready and all washed when promised.
