This is the second car I have purchased from DCH Honda in the last few years. Their staff and customer service is outstanding. They were kind and patient throughout the whole process and their knowledgeable sales team was able to answer… all of my questions. Thank you DCH!!!

Everyone at Academy Honda, sales as well as service is always so accommodating and friendly. My sales associate HP was terrific. He took time to answer my… questions and I never felt pressured. When I picked up my new car, he was kind enough to program my cell phone to the blue tooth and even programmed the radio to my preferred stations. I highly recommend Academy Honda and will continue to do business with them in the future.Best car buying experience

Sales agent Joseph K. was incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating. During long negotiations we exchanged several… offers/counteroffers. I liked that the manager stayed out of the negotiations and was only consulted through Joseph. Joseph even accompanied me to return the leased car to a different company dealership and made sure that the transaction went smoothly.New Car Purchase

I went with my neighbor, and I was all ready to start the dreaded haggling process. To my surprise,… however, we were quoted a more than fair price from the start, so no haggling was really necessary. When it came time to replace my wifes almost 19 year old Civic with another Honda in April 2013, I remembered the great buying experience I had with my neighbor in 2005 and looked no further than DCH Academy Honda and especially Robert L. The buying experience was pleasant and stress free with the right price quoted for the Honda Accord EX we wanted from the get-go. I would definitely recommend DCH Academy Honda and especially Robert L. He was very knowledgeable about the whole Accord line, and presented the features, and differences between the trim levels. He answered all of my questions in detail, and demonstrated the features before/during the test drive, and again when we arrived to pick up our new Accord. His pleasant demeanor and good nature made us very comfortable during the entire buying process.Civic SI

I have to say that the sales rep, Paul P. was very helpful and informative about the car I was interestd in. No pressure and very down to earth. Good… conversation regarding our roots and current families. When it came to the purchase he informed me that the car I had test driven and ready to buy had, upon his inspection, some slight damage over the rear, drivers side wheel well. He had another identical car that was clean and recommended it to me. I felt that he was very thoughtful and sincere and was willing to accept the offer. The whole process went smoothly and I was extremely satisfied. When it came to finalizing all the paperwork, Tian was very cordial and thorogh and again no pressure. We had a very personable conversation and then the car was mine. I would highly recommend Academy Honda to any of my family and associates. It was a very comfortable experience and I love the Civic SI. Thanks to all.Great dealership

Jennifer was helpful in confirming the deal posted online, Erich was super friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and not pushy, and Tian was a pleasure to work… with. Erich helped me make the great decision of going with the Sport model over the standard LE, yet didn't do it in a pushy way, trying to convince me to spend more against my will. He simply introduced to me the Sport model and the moment I said I don't think I'll need the upgrade, he didn't mention it again until I thought it through and at the end asked to see the Sport again. If he had pushed and tried to oversell it, it would have turned me off more from even considering it. Erich was efficient and made sure I was making the best decision for my family. No games, no gimmicks. Very genuine and straight forward. After I picked the car, I met with Tian to go over the finances and after I left the dealer and realized the next day that I didn't need to add the extended service, Tian got back to me right away and gladly resolved the issue efficiently. Overall, I am very satisfied and am so glad that I went with DCH Academy Honda!Thanks for sharing your experience! Enjoy your vehicle.

My salesperson was Ivon L and she was extremely helpful with me. She was also very patient and made sure that she… answered all of my questions at all times. Ivon was very enthusiactic and cooperative throughout my whole visit there. She stayed past her time to go home and did not leave until I was completely done with my purchase. Her manager Ruben A was just as helpful and very nice too, he made sure that I was satisfied my purchase as well. Joseph Guzzo, my new car sales conultant, was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the various Honda models. He took his time and explained various features of the vehicles I was… viewing. Although I went to test drive the Honda CRV EX, the vehicle presented some blind spot problems due to my height. He was patient and I then test drove the 2012 Honda Accord EX. I have had two of these vehicles over the past 22 years and found the 2012 tighter and cozier. They offered the best price, managed to obtain the color I wanted from another dealership within 5 minutes and approved the financing quickly. The car was transported, prepped and ready to go the following day. Prior to leaving the dealership, Joseph and I went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb, he explained a number of the features in the manuals, gave me a tour of their maintenance facility, introduced me to other personnel within the dealership and explained the special safety presentations DCH Academy is giving for young drivers. An extremely relaxing and well informed experience.
