DCH Academy Honda

This is my 2nd car purchase from Academy Honda. Each time the dealer did not waste my time with gimmicks, they were straightforward and honest with competitive pricing! I purchased a Honda CR-V and my salesperson, Andy L., was knowledgeable, unpatronizing and accommodating. Mariana who handles internet sales, provided complete no-nonsense out the door pricing and was very responsive to my phone/ email questions. The entire staff, (Andy, Chris, Tian, Joe and Mariana) worked in great teamwork to make this a pleasant experience. The dealership has a relaxed atmosphere (no stuffy suits & ties) and they focus on customer satisfaction (even had a bar-b-q over Labor Day weekend). For me, the experience (which I typically dread) was worth bypassing other dealers and heading to Academy Honda in Old Bridge. After shopping around I found that Academy, a long standing established dealership, provided the best pricing and customer experience which topped many of the newer dealerships! P.S. - they don't offer free oil changes & car washes for life (like another dealer) ....but when I did the real math I was indirectly paying for these perks.
