Overall, a smooth process. Good experience. Pros : worked with Joseph Guzzo from the sales team. He was very kind and honest. Didn't try to sale me stuff I don't need. Highly recommended. Cons : I was trading-in a used Toyota. The used-car appraisal department threw ridiculous lowballs at me, trying to earn few more bucks. DCH Academy Honda should gain more control over this department and make sure that their offers do not deviate much from those quotes in Edmunds.
