    Anytime I've come in for service, I know my problems will be taken care of. It's done right the first time, which means a lot to me. If something is discovered, they let me know and its taken care of.

    Rich (customer service) exceeded the customer expectation and work was done i a timely manner. Also went out of his way to come in on his day off to make sure everything promised to us was completed.

    I needed to get a new car in a relatively short time frame with monthly cost being the top factor. I had seen ads for other brands of cars for very little monthly payments, so I tried the others. After being disappointed by the other brands, I stopped in at Ford. I gave Robert my requirements (as low of a monthly payment as possible) and he was able to put together a deal that no one believe was possible. Once I reviewed all of my options and decided that this was the car, everything moved smoothly. I'd gladly return to All American Ford for my next car.

    I have been a ford customer for many many years now. This is the first time that I've ever gone to all American Ford and I wish I would have started here in the first place. I have never had such a pleasant at a car dealership before. Mr. Larry Ruben went above and beyond his job duty and he got me the best deal he could within my budget. Thank you Larry for all you did today I truly appreciate it. You will always have me for a customer. He is a standup on this man and will have you in and out as fast as he possibly could. I highly recommend all American Ford :)

    Although there is a Ford Dealership in my hometown, I don't mind traveling to All American. Since purchasing my Ford Fusion in Hackensack nearly five years ago, I have always enjoyed the level of professionalism and the comfortable environment normally not associated with car dealerships or service centers. Highly efficient, organized and honest with the added bonus of NO EGOS, I will always go to All American Ford in Hackensack for my Ford Fusion needs.

    This was my first experience with a Ford dealership that wasnt in Jersey City and I am so very happy I decided to take the ride out to Hackensack. From the first email I wrote I was very stern in what it was I wanted and Brandon emailed me right back with no lines of b.s. I took the ride out not intending on really getting a new truck but Brian was so helpful in helping me find what I wanted. He broke everything down so we understood everything and most importantly he listened to what it was I wanted. He took the time to show us what choices I had he even went as far as looking at his other dealerships to have one shipped up for me from another store but there was a hidden gem there that he managed to work a deal on for me. I am thankful he had the patience to deal with my back and forth about what color and which model it was that I wanted. I will defiantly buy from this Ford location again and will head right to Brian for his expertise! It was a pleasure doing business with you guys! Thank you very much for everything!

    All American Ford is an outstanding dealership. This group works well with customers, not overbearing, very friendly. For my latest Ford Truck I dealt with a sales Manager, Anthony Girratano for the majority of this sale. His professionalism is unsurpassed. The internet salesperson I dealt with, Ansoni Romo, was very helpful and accommodating. The Finance officer (forgive me, I forget his name) was outstanding. I shopped around for vehicles including Dodge, and GMC. Buy the time I arrived at the Hackensack Dealership, I new the Ford F-250/350 was my choice. They had a Platinum F-350 in stock that fit my requirements. I am extremely happy with the vehicle and the service All American Ford has provided me. I left their dealership that night with a brand new freshly cleaned F-350. I service my vehicles in Old Bridge location as they are closer to me. Again, another outstanding staff (see Patsy) my favorite service writer. I highly recommend All American Ford ford sales and service!!

    I was in the market for a new car but not a Ford. Just drove by and stopped in. My salesman Eddie was polite and helpful. No pressure. Test drove an Explorer and an Escape. I told him I was not interested in haggling. He came back with his sales manager Travis with a price I couldn't turn down so I bought the car. The price was even lower than all of the Internet buying services. I wanted a different color but, because I took the one off the lot, they sweetened the deal even more. In 64 years I have bought a lot of cars but this was the easiest. Even the purchase process was simple with no hard selling of after purchase products. I have gotten three calls since from the dealership to see how I liked the car and to see if I had any questions. Overall, I am impressed.

    I had a great experience at All-American Ford, especially due to the people at the dealership: Alex Edouard made the sales process very easy and got me the car that matched my needs, and Chris Haslam was super-professional and efficient at arranging for all the lease documents that needed to be signed. Chris clearly has a wealth of experience with Ford, and that made me even more confident that I had picked the right dealership to bring my business to. Everyone at the dealership really cared that I had a good experience and got the car I wanted. Both Chris and Alex are smart, well-informed members of your dealership, and they reflect very well on your operation.

    Ken was outstanding in his professionalism during my service visit. He made my experience pleasant. As I plan to return to this dealership, he is the individual I would like to assist me.     Ray was professional and friendly. We test drove two cars at the first visit and he brought out cars exactly how we asked for them - the basic model, not the model equipped with leather, moon roofs, etc. We told him and the business manager we were still looking and test driving and there was no pressure to buy. On our second visit we asked to test drive a different car, he brought out exactly what we wanted and spent some time explaining the attributes of the car. He gave my husband and I time to make our decision and then expedited the "tiresome" paperwork process and we drove our new Fusion home. Ask for Ray. Thanks, Ray!

    I loved the service that we got from Kyle R. He was very patient, polite, curtious, and professional. This is the first time that we leased a vehical, and Kyle helped us through. We really appreciated his hard work and dedication that he gave us when we were there or on the phone. Im sure that many other salesman would have given up on us but kyle new what we needed and stuck in there with us. Most of the vehicals i have owned were ford. So, i wasnt leaving with anything else.In a few months we will be in for the second vehical and we will only deal with Kyle R.

    My husband and I are very happy and pleased with out ford explorer purchase. Ryal was very helpful and professional and helped us pick out a vehicle that matched what we were looking for. We also liked how he called us a couple of days later to make sure that we were happy with our new car and to make sure the car was running smoothly and with no problems. Overall, a great experience!

    Excellent all around I am a very savvy shopper, and I detected a zero tricks from this dealership in my hunt for a new car. Mr R was very clear and professional from start to finish - always following up with me via phone/email, attentive to my questions, and he gave me a great car at a great price. Chris got me through paperwork quickly, and answered my questions swiftly. I've gone to other places, but the key thing I found here is that the people at this dealership are all very engaging and show deep interest in getting you what you want, including those who were not at all working with my sale. This tells me that management has worked hard to create a positive atmosphere where a buyer can talk with people who are not only knowledgeable about the vehicles, but actually really love cars. On top of that, as mentioned, the one thing a buyer can't deny is at this place you'll get a pretty good price. I definitely will recommend this dealership to others.

    This my third experience at leasing a vehicle from All American. It was one of the easiest and must confortable experience from the first time. It's like making love, you never forget the first time especially if it is good. On this third time, I walked into the "store" and was greeted by Steve Plunkett, maybe one of the nicest guys I have ever meet in the business and I have been leasing cars since 1964. Please note, he is not my relative. He shook my hand, hugged my wife (he really wanted to hug me and on leaving I let him). He wanted to know what I wanted and I told him that my lease was up in June and I wanted to look at a new lease or maybe to buy this time. He brought over Jerry Forman who I knew from before and we talked. I was not ready to commit, I was looking at a Ford and a Hyundai; as I was a big foreign car leasing person before I switch back to Ford 3 years ago when we leased two Fords from All American. He said "okay, let me show you what we have and you make the choice." No pressure. Jerry showed everything to Steve and Steve went to "work the numbers." He came back from "working the numbers" and it was a lease and buy, 2 options. Well, with almost $10,000 in rebates on the lease and saving $160 per month on my payments, I said "okay." The process was great, Steve was great; Jerry was great and when I picked up the car 4 days later, I meet Gabe, who did my "sync" and he was great. Everyone was GREAT. It is a good experience to DEAL at All Amercian. Service was also great. Jason, the service manager is very good, I would say great again but I already used the word 100 times. When I signed the deal on this car, he saw me in the showroom and said "hello", Mel and he only knew me from regular routine service. If you can tell by this review, All American is "great" and the Selmans should be proud of their "store" and for the people who work there; Steve, Jerry, Gabe and Arty.

    I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in 2004. I had a ton of problems with the truck and every time I brought it in they found the problem the first 3 times but the 4th they couldn't. I had 20,000 miles on the truck and the rear door fell off and they wanted me to pay the full bill saying that it was a movable part and not covered. When the truck went from reverse into drive it died. The Cruise control would kill the car when it would accelerate. Recently I brought the truck in I had an appointment they never looked at the car until I showed up and complained than told me the Warranty company hadn't paid. The fax machine in the service area wasn't working so they finally decided to use another. After spending four hours in the service area over 2 days I found the faxes sitting on the dealership floor....What a joke! When I received the summary of service they noted the only thing that needed to be fixed now was a sensor. When I asked about the fact that it needed breaks and the tires were starting to dry rot they didn't even know, this is after they did the bumper to bumper exam of the car. I have filed complaints with the BBB the FTC Bureau and the Ford Motor Company. In the end the truck will be paid off very soon so I will be selling it and buying something else. A Japanese company of course. I had a Toyota and Honda and never had any problems (both vehicles with over 120,00 miles). When I purchased it I went with the whole buy American!!! Well NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! If this is what we produce it is no wounder why they were the most returned vehicle in the cash for clunkers program and the least purchased!

    Was met at the door and offered immediate assistance. When it was determined the car I was interested in was located at the Paramus lot Kyle drove me over there to get it. He was polite, friendly and straightforward. He was knowledgeable in helping me complete the paperwork (it was my first time at a dealership). The finance manager Chris was also very nice, easy to talk to and most helpful in figuring out the best policy for me instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive option. I was very satisfied with my experience at All American and I would recommend the dealership and the personnel to anyone looking to buy a car. I will be going back there when the time comes.
