Dealership Service Review
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in 2004. I had a ton of problems with the truck and every time I brought it in they found the problem the first 3 times but the 4th they couldn't. I had 20,000 miles on the truck and the rear door fell off and they wanted me to pay the full bill saying that it was a movable part and not covered. When the truck went from reverse into drive it died. The Cruise control would kill the car when it would accelerate. Recently I brought the truck in I had an appointment they never looked at the car until I showed up and complained than told me the Warranty company hadn't paid. The fax machine in the service area wasn't working so they finally decided to use another. After spending four hours in the service area over 2 days I found the faxes sitting on the dealership floor....What a joke! When I received the summary of service they noted the only thing that needed to be fixed now was a sensor. When I asked about the fact that it needed breaks and the tires were starting to dry rot they didn't even know, this is after they did the bumper to bumper exam of the car. I have filed complaints with the BBB the FTC Bureau and the Ford Motor Company. In the end the truck will be paid off very soon so I will be selling it and buying something else. A Japanese company of course. I had a Toyota and Honda and never had any problems (both vehicles with over 120,00 miles). When I purchased it I went with the whole buy American!!! Well NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! If this is what we produce it is no wounder why they were the most returned vehicle in the cash for clunkers program and the least purchased!
