Ken was outstanding in his professionalism during my service visit. He made my experience pleasant. As I plan to return to this dealership, he is the individual I would like to assist me. I truly believe he went beyond what is expected from "Service". My car was returned within a reasonable amount of time. I would without hesitation recommend Ken as a Service Agent. W F Cleaves
