Ray was professional and friendly. We test drove two cars at the first visit and he brought out cars exactly how we asked for them - the basic model, not the model equipped with leather, moon roofs, etc. We told him and the business manager we were still looking and test driving and there was no pressure to buy. On our second visit we asked to test drive a different car, he brought out exactly what we wanted and spent some time explaining the attributes of the car. He gave my husband and I time to make our decision and then expedited the "tiresome" paperwork process and we drove our new Fusion home. Ask for Ray. Thanks, Ray!
