by Pocono Pete on 08/04/2022I contacted the dealership explaining that my wife is a one year cancer survivor, her birthday is coming up this week and I'd like to surprise her with the Audi A-3 she always admiring. I received a phone call from the Sales Manager who… explained he read my e-mail and informed me although they don't have one in stock, but give him the specifics of what she wants and will get it for her. The price he quoted was unbelievable, (given the fact that in my home state of Pennsylvania these cars were selling for several thousand above MSRP!) I said "wow", and the sales manager responded, "Pete, we're going to make this happen". The car was delivered the day before her birthday!Audi Dealrship and Salesman

Lane was knowledgeable, personable, sincere, and helpful. He took care of… everything and it was a great experience. by scorpios78 on 05/29/2015The day after giving my credit card to hold the vehicle, I'm told that it was sold. I agreed to a different color combination. I was promised that the car would be waiting for me by 7pm. Later I was told that wasn't the case, it wouldn't be… there after 9. I was being spoken down to, being told that I would never find a deal like this. At one point I was suggested that I buy a Mercedes. I was told by Kiki that his management has his back. As a previous Ray Catena customer, and a member of their referral program, I'm very surprised the way I was treated. When you buy a new car, you want to have a positive experience. This was completely opposite. Price isn't everything, customer relationship is.Customer Service Shines At Catena

by helmut4 on 04/13/2015I own a company that Imports fine German production machinery for 25 years. I am in Germany for extensive travel 6-10 times per year and I have driven many cars there. My goal was to purchase a fine German automobile with a manual… transmission and a clutch which has become very difficult these days. After doing research I had settled on the Audi S4. I walked into the new Ray Catena dealership in Freehold and was very impressed. I first me with Steve the business manager who was very professional. I told him exactly what I wanted. He introduced me to a young salesman Matt Seuffert. We sat down to discuss the car. Within 10 minutes Steve and Matt had a price for me on what I wanted. 10 seconds later the deal was done and hand shakes exchanged. There was no haggle necessary. Steve & Matt delivered what I wanted and then some. I will be expecting a phone call from Matt as soon as the Audi S7 Sport back becomes available in America with manual transmission. For now I plan to get this S4 on the track!!! Where it belongsBeyond impressed

I met with Matthew Seuffert to discuss purchasing an Audi A3. He was readily available to… answer all of my questions, even after I left the dealership. Matt came in to work on a day he was off, in the middle of a snowstorm, simply because the timing was convenient for me. That is truly what sold me on not only buying the A3, but buying from Matt and Ray Catena. When I picked up my brand new car I was greeted with congratulatory remarks from the entire staff. This put a smile on my face from ear to ear. Ray Catena concentrates on every detail, even down to Matt presenting me with a giffbag of items thanking me for my purchase. Matt followed up with me that day to make sure my new car was exactly what I wanted. I am confident that Matt would be there to answer any questions I had in the future involving the car, which is extremely comforting. I was even extremely impressed by the kindness I received while bringing my car in for its first car wash! The gentlemen took care of everything with smiles on their faces. I am absolutely blown away by this level of service. I came in to buy a new car, but thanks to Matt Seuffert and Ray Catena, I received much more than a vehicle. by nicolesorch102 on 03/06/2015The phrase "amazing experience" is a complete understatement. I had the pleasure of working with Phil Orapello and he was hands down the best salesman Ive dealt with. He went beyond above and over top for me, he knew straight from the start… what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and never once tried to waste my time, or money, never tried to rip me off, or hassle and lie to me like a lot of these car dealerships have. He also was extremely knowlegable on my Q5 I was looking at, and as I said before, went above and beyond to make sure that I was more than satisfied with not only my purchase, but the whole car buying experience, including personally delivering my Q5 to my house when I got tied up in traffic on the night I was supposed to pickup my car from the dealership. I don't ever plan on shopping anywhere else but Audi Freehold, and even though I have heard nothing but good things on the other sales people, I plan on never seeing anyone else but Phil, and would highly recommend the same for anyone else. Thanks Phil for the amazing beautiful car and most importantly the amazing experience.Great dealership
