The phrase "amazing experience" is a complete understatement. I had the pleasure of working with Phil Orapello and he was hands down the best salesman Ive dealt with. He went beyond above and over top for me, he knew straight from the start what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and never once tried to waste my time, or money, never tried to rip me off, or hassle and lie to me like a lot of these car dealerships have. He also was extremely knowlegable on my Q5 I was looking at, and as I said before, went above and beyond to make sure that I was more than satisfied with not only my purchase, but the whole car buying experience, including personally delivering my Q5 to my house when I got tied up in traffic on the night I was supposed to pickup my car from the dealership. I don't ever plan on shopping anywhere else but Audi Freehold, and even though I have heard nothing but good things on the other sales people, I plan on never seeing anyone else but Phil, and would highly recommend the same for anyone else. Thanks Phil for the amazing beautiful car and most importantly the amazing experience.
