Very disrespectful

onThe day after giving my credit card to hold the vehicle, I'm told that it was sold. I agreed to a different color combination. I was promised that the car would be waiting for me by 7pm. Later I was told that wasn't the case, it wouldn't be there after 9. I was being spoken down to, being told that I would never find a deal like this. At one point I was suggested that I buy a Mercedes. I was told by Kiki that his management has his back. As a previous Ray Catena customer, and a member of their referral program, I'm very surprised the way I was treated. When you buy a new car, you want to have a positive experience. This was completely opposite. Price isn't everything, customer relationship is.

I am terribly sorry to hear of the experience you had with us, I assure that is not the Ray Catena way of doing business.
