I contacted the dealership explaining that my wife is a one year cancer survivor, her birthday is coming up this week and I'd like to surprise her with the Audi A-3 she always admiring. I received a phone call from the Sales Manager who explained he read my e-mail and informed me although they don't have one in stock, but give him the specifics of what she wants and will get it for her. The price he quoted was unbelievable, (given the fact that in my home state of Pennsylvania these cars were selling for several thousand above MSRP!) I said "wow", and the sales manager responded, "Pete, we're going to make this happen". The car was delivered the day before her birthday!
