Another great experience at Rydel Volkswagen!
by JaxGiddes on 09/11/2017My family has dealt with Reydel Volkswagen many times in the past and when it was time for my husband and I to purchase our next vehicle, they were our first and only stop. Raymond Forziati was our Sales representative and he was great.… Knowledgeable, patient and interested most in what we were looking for. Ray also brought a sense of humor and kept the atmosphere light as we test drove our car and spent time completing our purchase. Sunny was also a joy to work with as well as Melissa, who helped on the Finance side. We'd definitely recommend Rydel and it's staff.Great experience

He did not pressure or rush me, even though I first went in used then decided to go new instead between Saturday to Monday. Everyone at the dealership was great to work… with and all were very personable. They helped me get to my target monthly payments even if it took them longer than most dealerships would want to spend on 1 single customer. Can not recommend them enough.Great car, great service!

First is the beginning, the start of a new relationship of which Steve Prestup my salesperson was outstanding in providing me with Premier service as I walked… into the dealership. His introduction to Reydel VW was calming and yet exciting. Steve was proud to assist me with selecting my new car. His knowledge of my current car functionality and performance quality assisted me with determining what the upgrade would be in the new car 2017 Beetle SE. Not to mention, this was his first day working for Reydel. He was awesome!!! My purchase experience as stated with my sales was the Best I have ever experienced. A good finance department knows that respect for the individual goes a long way. I was treated with the highest request of which I am a satisfied customer. Being a satisfied customer I am happy, excited about our relationship which more likely allows us to grow together, enables me to refer others to Reydel VW Dealership. In other words I want to recognize and treat Reydel as a partner so we can grow together. So in closing the First of anything is always important and lasting. SDADEGreat Experience

Walked into this dealership with no intentions of walking out with a car because my situation seemed too difficult to even make getting out of it seem impossible. However, it was the best buying experience ever!!! Sales… person Steve Prestup and Sales Manager Sunny Sidhu really helped me to get out of my situation. They were very professional, friendly, outstanding service and most importantly not pushy!! Their ultimate goal was to make sure that I was comfortable. I left the dealership really really happy and felt at ease knowing I made the right decision!! I would 100% recommend them. Me and my friends were going to get the Chinese food we ordered when we decided to stop by at Reydel to check some car displays. It was almost closing time and we weren't… expecting that someone would go out to assist us. I just got my driving license the day before and before I knew it, I ended up buying my first car that evening. Shout out to Doug! Thank you so much man! Doug was really great! He was warm, patient, honest and straightforward when answering questions.Even my friends were impressed. I came here in America 3 years ago but my friends have been here their whole life and told me that Doug and all the other staff that assisted us that time were really good. Nothing of that uncomfortable feeling when someone is selling you something. Customer service at its best! Even when I came back for some things, Doug was there. Very kind and kid friendly. Highly recommended. A cousin of my friend came here too after a couple of months and ended up buying a new car for their daughter.Awesome and Exciting Experience!

Darius and Frank were extremely attentive and very helpful with all of our questions. They were both very understanding that we were… nervous about the transaction and provided as much information as possible. We spoke several times over the phone and email before coming in to complete the buy back and purchase so that purchase day was as easy as possible. Also, they were so awesome with my kids who just wanted to run around all the new cars! They made them feel comfortable and didn't mind distracting them while we dealt with the business.Sold

There was no stress, no pressure , nothing was hidden from me everything was… explained to me from the moment I walked in and I felt really comfortable dealing with all the great staff there. Mo and Darius made sure that I was taken care off and that this was a seamless process for me. When we checked out the new VW car model in the showroom, they… really tried their best working out the best and lowest price for the car we like, and provide us as much information as we need. In the end, we really just be moved by their sincerity, great customer service, and the great price. What's more, when we moved to the paper-work, Sunny gave us more better promotions on other add-on services/packages. by mare_53 on 10/07/2016Just bought a 2017 Jetta GLI. Gorgeous car! I can not say enough about Ray, Sunny and Mike. Great experience all around. I initially went in to check out the Alltrack and ended up with the GLI because I wanted to replace a sedan. Ray is… amazing, patient and extremely helpful. I felt so bad for him because I was indecisive. I test drove the Alltrack, GLI, Golf sportwagen and then the GLI. The entire time Ray was very patient with me and all my questions and helpful being so knowledgeable about all the vehicles. After test driving and getting figures I told Ray and Sunny that I had to figure out which car I wanted and had to look over the numbers. They were not pushy at all and the thing I really liked is that Ray sent me follow up emails. I also received one from the owner! When I knew exactly what I wanted I went back and I let them know how much I would like to pay and with very little negotiating we made the deal and I took the car home that night. Reydel is awesome! They prepped the car while I took care of the paperwork. All in all the process was fast and seamless. I did purchase the Zurich shield because of the harsh weather we get here I wanted to protect my new ride. When I saw my car it was professionally prepped and extremely shiny from the protective coating. I could not wait to drive it home. Everyone out there- if you are looking to buy a Volkswagen BUY FROM REYDEL because from the time you step in the door they are courteous, informative and professional. I plan on doing my service here too! Ask for Ray, Sunny and/or Mike!!!Amazing
