Would buy here again!!
by debbie119 on 09/14/2016Purchased a car for my daughter here. Have already been looking for about 2 weeks but a typical teen she kept getting more specific in what she wanted. Being under a budget, Darius more than out did himself! Not only did Darius find the… exact used car we wanted, but within our budget and certified. Any issues with the car, Rydel's service fixed without any problems. Doug, our salesman was polite and came in on his vacation time to finish the deal and Sunny worked his magic for the finance. I could not ask for a better experience!Reydel dealership is 10 stars

Without getting into the details of the situation we were in my husband and myself walked into the dealership on a Saturday morning… basically as soon as they opened. All of the salespeople were very attentive as we entered and when I asked who wanted a headache Paul Bonilla stepped up to the challenge. Bottomline we ended up leasing a 2016 GTI Autobahn. My first thought was to get a Jetta as I previously have owned 2 Jettas one of which I purchased from Reydel. However after speaking with Paul I made an informed decision which I’m very happy with. I told him what appealed to me and he told me I should test a GTI and I would love it and I do! Darius who is the sales manager really took his time with us and went over numbers since I was unsure whether I wanted to lease or finance. A couple days later we leased a Tiguan from this dealership as well. This after having issues with Malouf Ford and being disgusted with their sales manager and sales person. Outstanding customer service goes a long way. This dealership also has an exceptional service department.Wonderful experience

Throughout the process of your car selection, you're not just a customer - you're a member of the Reydel… family. The respect, patience and consideration that is offered by every employee draws a stark contrast to the other competitors - the surrounding dealerships can boast one, or maybe two of these traits, but certainly not all three. Throughout our car selection process, we had the pleasure of being helped by Ray Forziati, a genuinely nice and polite individual with an expansive knowledge of everything Volkswagen-related. We test drove the cars on different occasions and during this period, pleasantly there was no forceful push for price discussion. When we were ready to discuss the pricing, the manager, Darius Mayfield and finance person, Mike Alvarado were equally cordial and helpful. The negotiations were quickly done to everyone’s satisfaction. Having owned a Nissan, Toyota, and Volvo in the past, I was first sold on the car (2016 Jetta Sport), and then pleasantly satisfied by the service that accompanied it. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Volkswagen car.Sales and Service

I was greeted by Mario Faust from sales and he must have read my mind, because within minutes of me describing the model I was looking for, it was… already parked outside waiting for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and fair about figuring out the perfect lease that would allow me to drive off the lot in my dream car, while being able to easily afford the payments. I plan on buying or leasing all my future Volkswagens with Mario helping me along the way. They didn't have the car but they located one for me. They followed up with me to… get my business. Their Customer Service is just out of the world.
