Just bought a 2017 Jetta GLI. Gorgeous car! I can not say enough about Ray, Sunny and Mike. Great experience all around. I initially went in to check out the Alltrack and ended up with the GLI because I wanted to replace a sedan. Ray is amazing, patient and extremely helpful. I felt so bad for him because I was indecisive. I test drove the Alltrack, GLI, Golf sportwagen and then the GLI. The entire time Ray was very patient with me and all my questions and helpful being so knowledgeable about all the vehicles. After test driving and getting figures I told Ray and Sunny that I had to figure out which car I wanted and had to look over the numbers. They were not pushy at all and the thing I really liked is that Ray sent me follow up emails. I also received one from the owner! When I knew exactly what I wanted I went back and I let them know how much I would like to pay and with very little negotiating we made the deal and I took the car home that night. Reydel is awesome! They prepped the car while I took care of the paperwork. All in all the process was fast and seamless. I did purchase the Zurich shield because of the harsh weather we get here I wanted to protect my new ride. When I saw my car it was professionally prepped and extremely shiny from the protective coating. I could not wait to drive it home. Everyone out there- if you are looking to buy a Volkswagen BUY FROM REYDEL because from the time you step in the door they are courteous, informative and professional.
