We weren't expect to buy any car that day but just did an engine oil change for our old VW car there. However, the staff (Mo and Derek) was really friendly and knowledgable. When we checked out the new VW car model in the showroom, they really tried their best working out the best and lowest price for the car we like, and provide us as much information as we need. In the end, we really just be moved by their sincerity, great customer service, and the great price. What's more, when we moved to the paper-work, Sunny gave us more better promotions on other add-on services/packages. All in all, love this purchasing experience, excellent customer service, great staff!!!
