Reydel Volkswagen of Edison

This review is long overdue; I got my car here last July 16,2016. Me and my friends were going to get the Chinese food we ordered when we decided to stop by at Reydel to check some car displays. It was almost closing time and we weren't expecting that someone would go out to assist us. I just got my driving license the day before and before I knew it, I ended up buying my first car that evening. Shout out to Doug! Thank you so much man! Doug was really great! He was warm, patient, honest and straightforward when answering questions.Even my friends were impressed. I came here in America 3 years ago but my friends have been here their whole life and told me that Doug and all the other staff that assisted us that time were really good. Nothing of that uncomfortable feeling when someone is selling you something. Customer service at its best! Even when I came back for some things, Doug was there. Very kind and kid friendly. Highly recommended. A cousin of my friend came here too after a couple of months and ended up buying a new car for their daughter.
