They gave me a fair price from the beginning and after they ran out credit it didn’t change. The finance woman was professional, easy… to understand and didn’t push the extras when we said no thank you. I would buy from them again. The experience in the the car hunting, negotiations and delivery were extraordinary. Nav's response time was… always immediate; even after business hours. When we went to pick up the vehicle, every person we dealt with just as knowledgeable and customer service oriented as Nav. Highly recommend Reydel VW. Best Customer Service ever!Great Experience

Naveen Kotecha and Mike Sullivan did an outstanding job, as well… as, the rest of their team. The curbside p-up was a breeze. My Tiguan and all the associated paperwork was ready on arrival and I was driving out of the lot within 30 minutes. Great job!!!Best Experience Ever

Our salesman, Akash, treated us with respect and patience from beginning to end. The manager Naveen, assisted in keeping the… purchase of a Beetle within budget, and our finance guy, Justin, walked us through the finance process with ease. We enjoyed it so much, we came back the very next week to purchase a Jetta for our son. We were greeted like old friends and treated the same way. Our kids love their cars and we love the value! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.Best car company, no doubt about it

Originally I was going to get the Atlas’s SUV but because of my credit and I wasn’t approved...… he didn’t stop there... he kept trying and trying to figure out which 2020 model car I would get approved for and eventually I walked out with the Jetta! I was both shocked and impressed with the hard work and patience from not only Jim but the entire VW staff. I love my new car and I can’t thank you guys enough!Amazing!!

by Eniko Kovacs on 02/28/2020I am a repeat buyer from Reydel Volkswagen. My husband and I tend to replace our cars on the same schedule. He bought a car from Reydel in December of 2019 and had an excellent experience. So when we decided to replace my car this… February we went there. We did our research ahead of time and knew exactly the type of car we wanted. We were looking for a Tiguan SEL with a third row. Our 10 year old daughter insisted that it be red. We called ahead and they had the exact car we wanted in stock waiting for us for a pre-scheduled test drive. Our salesman was Ray again who already had a rapport with my husband from the earlier sale. The car was excellent and exactly what we wanted. We came prepared with what we wanted to pay and the negotiation process was relatively easy. The paperwork process was not an annoying second round of sales like it has been every time I bought from a giant dealer in the past. We also got some assistance from Naveen who I think is the manager but they were pretty team oriented so I am not sure of that. Naveen was excellent and helped us cut through some administrative issues. To sum it up they are a relatively small dealer so it's possible to create personal relationships like we did with Naveen and Ray, but they are large enough to have the inventory you are looking for on hand. The negotiations are a little friendlier and the paperwork process at the end is ton better than anywhere else. I recommend them to anyone.My buying experience

by Sally on 02/21/2020My fiance and I came to Reydel looking for a new car. In our years together, this is our second time going out and looking for a car. We had a sour experience working with Open Road before and were not sure what to expect. Upon arriving at… Reydel VW located on Route 27, we were approached by Gene who happily showed us to desk and brought over refreshments. We were coming out of another contract, so it would be 10-12 calendar days before we would make her decision which we mentioned to Gene and Naveen. They were understandable about that. Car buying experience - It was straightforward as we had completed our research and were interested in the Jetta and Passat. After discussing it more with Gene and sleeping on a decision, we ultimately decided on the 2019 VW Jetta GLI. Naveen mentioned (w. great passion) that this is a family business where they take reviews, customers relationship and quality seriously. Many people can say this, but I learn that that is not always delivered. However, with my first experience at Reydel - they did deliver. It will be a testament to that statement when expectation continues to meet with reality as we continue this relationship towards future potential cars.Wonderful experience

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Audi and Gene was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Gene was friendly, open, and willing to… provide us with all the information we asked for. We also traded in our old car and the appraisal was fair. Gene was also very accommodating to our schedules and stayed with us through the whole financing process as well. We left extremely happy with our purchase and with our experience.
