Reydel Volkswagen of Edison

I am a repeat buyer from Reydel Volkswagen. My husband and I tend to replace our cars on the same schedule. He bought a car from Reydel in December of 2019 and had an excellent experience. So when we decided to replace my car this February we went there. We did our research ahead of time and knew exactly the type of car we wanted. We were looking for a Tiguan SEL with a third row. Our 10 year old daughter insisted that it be red. We called ahead and they had the exact car we wanted in stock waiting for us for a pre-scheduled test drive. Our salesman was Ray again who already had a rapport with my husband from the earlier sale. The car was excellent and exactly what we wanted. We came prepared with what we wanted to pay and the negotiation process was relatively easy. The paperwork process was not an annoying second round of sales like it has been every time I bought from a giant dealer in the past. We also got some assistance from Naveen who I think is the manager but they were pretty team oriented so I am not sure of that. Naveen was excellent and helped us cut through some administrative issues. To sum it up they are a relatively small dealer so it's possible to create personal relationships like we did with Naveen and Ray, but they are large enough to have the inventory you are looking for on hand. The negotiations are a little friendlier and the paperwork process at the end is ton better than anywhere else. I recommend them to anyone.
