I had a very positive experience with Reydel Volkswagen and with Gene, specifically. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Audi and Gene was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Gene was friendly, open, and willing to provide us with all the information we asked for. We also traded in our old car and the appraisal was fair. Gene was also very accommodating to our schedules and stayed with us through the whole financing process as well. We left extremely happy with our purchase and with our experience.
