Reydel Volkswagen of Edison

My fiance and I came to Reydel looking for a new car. In our years together, this is our second time going out and looking for a car. We had a sour experience working with Open Road before and were not sure what to expect. Upon arriving at Reydel VW located on Route 27, we were approached by Gene who happily showed us to desk and brought over refreshments. We were coming out of another contract, so it would be 10-12 calendar days before we would make her decision which we mentioned to Gene and Naveen. They were understandable about that. Car buying experience - It was straightforward as we had completed our research and were interested in the Jetta and Passat. After discussing it more with Gene and sleeping on a decision, we ultimately decided on the 2019 VW Jetta GLI. Naveen mentioned (w. great passion) that this is a family business where they take reviews, customers relationship and quality seriously. Many people can say this, but I learn that that is not always delivered. However, with my first experience at Reydel - they did deliver. It will be a testament to that statement when expectation continues to meet with reality as we continue this relationship towards future potential cars.
