Excellent Experience
by AB on 02/12/2020We had an excellent experience at Reydel Volkswagen of Edison. We are currently leasing a VW Atlas and worked with Mike S. He was friendly and not "salesy" at all, really listened to what we were looking for, and found the perfect car for… us! Here are a few specific things we liked about the dealership: the positive and friendly atmosphere, reasonable sales experience (not high pressure and totally reasonable negotiation experience), and a very quick leasing process (we have leased three other cars in the past at other dealerships and this was by far the quickest experience from start to end). The price of the car was very reasonable, but they were still willing to… negotiate a bit. I also traded in my old car and was very happy with what they appraised my car at. Aakash and Nav showed me everything I needed to know with the car and fully responded to any concerns or questions I had. The financing paperwork was as painless as it could be. I left the dealership happy and confident that I made a great decision. I look forward to returning for all my VW service in the future too!Always a great experience

by Robert on 02/04/2020I bought a 2019 Alltrack from Reydel Volkswagen in Edison in the last week of December 2019. This is not the first car I have bought from them. I bought my first Jetta there in 2002. For a business relationship to last an extended period… of time there has to be a foundation of trust and they have to demonstrate good will over time. I am pleasantly surprised to find that the experience at Reydel is consistently good. The salesman that worked with me to buy the Alltrack was Ray Forziati. I was looking for a particular trim level and a manual transmission, which is becoming increasingly difficult to find. They had what I was looking for in stock. They had the car ready for a test drive when I arrived. After the test drive we were able to come to very reasonable terms very quickly and painlessly. I had shopped around other Volkswagen dealers for price and I found that the fee structure at Reydel was less expensive than other dealers. This added up to roughly $300 of fewer tacked on fees than any other dealer in the area. The best part of the sales process was the paperwork. I have bought a number of cars from a number of dealers over the years and while Reydel offers the typical insurances and add-on services that are customary, they offer them in a way that is much friendlier and a LOT less annoying than the pitch after pitch I got at the the last dealer I bought a car from. So I was very happy about that. So in summary, I have bought cars from Reydel in the past but have not bought from them or even Volkswagen's exclusively over the years. I can say definitively that I have developed a sense of trust from having consistently good experiences each time I have bought here. I feel like there is a trustworthy culture at this dealership and I can confidently recommend them to my friends and family.Wonderful service!

Right the next day I decided to check… Edison salon and was pleasantly surprised how nice and professional they were.
