My daughter and I needed to trade in our 12-year-old Beetle and weren't sure what to expect in the decade since we bought that car. Well, the technology is modern but the customer service at Reydel was old-fashioned fabulous. Darius texted answers to my many questions, and we exchanged emails until the terms of the deal were roughly outlined. Doug greeted us at the dealer, and it all went perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, friendliness and thoroughness. We'll be back!
