Besides having a great selection of cars, they were clear, honest and fair when showing the cars and… throughout negotiations. Agent Frank helped us and I could not have left happier. They even called a week later to make sure I was happy and didn't have any questions. As far as I'm concerned, I walked out with the world's best car for a great price. They were no pressure and Crystal was incredibly patient explaining warranty details. The award winning manager was super friendly and fair, whereas in other dealerships they drained the life out of us going back and forth in negotiations. Go to Reydel, get the world's 2nd best car ;-) You won't regret it!Excellent

They made buying a car so easy. Paul, who's only been with Reydel VW for a few weeks was so… knowledgeable - you wouldn't even say that he is a new sales person. He was the most patient sales person ever - no pressure, no hassle and very calm. And of course, with Darius and Crystal behind him, he came through with the sale of a 2016 VW Touareg Lux! Everyone there was really helpful and knew everything and explained everything in detail. Great teamwork. Buying a car can be a… nightmare. This time it wasn't. No problems, no hassle, no pressure. None of the nonsense of going back and forth to the sales manager like at other dealerships. I wasn't sure what make/model car I wanted to buy but realized that dealing with the Reydel service department for 10 years with my 2004 VW Beetle i knew i wanted another VW. The service department techs are better than great. Always had great service at Reydel, if i mentioned a problem, it was fixed the first time. Never pressured to have service that i didnt need. I purchased the Jetta SEL and i absolutely love it.Great Salesperson

I recently purchased a Flash Red 2015 VW EOS Executive convertible from Reydel for my wife's significant birthday and Steve Prestup (Sales Rep) and Neil… Kotecha (Dealer General Manager) were true sales professionals and worked hard to get my business. I am in the automotive business and I find Reydel to be a "stand-out" among dealers and one you can actually trust. When was the last time you bought from a dealer that only sold ONE brand? They have made an astonishing commitment to only sell and service VW's and they have a large inventory of new cars, especially hard to get models. I'm glad I went here first!
