The respect, patience and consideration that is offered by every employee draws a stark contrast to the other competitors - the surrounding dealerships can boast one, or maybe two of these traits, but certainly not all three. Throughout our car selection process, we had the pleasure of being helped by Ray Forziati, a genuinely nice and polite individual with an expansive knowledge of everything Volkswagen-related. We test drove the cars on different occasions and during this period, pleasantly there was no forceful push for price discussion. When we were ready to discuss the pricing, the manager, Darius Mayfield and finance person, Mike Alvarado were equally cordial and helpful. The negotiations were quickly done to everyone’s satisfaction. Having owned a Nissan, Toyota, and Volvo in the past, I was first sold on the car (2016 Jetta Sport), and then pleasantly satisfied by the service that accompanied it. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Volkswagen car.
