Reydel Volkswagen of Edison

I don’t often write reviews however I must say that my experience at Reydel Volkswagen was a positive one. Without getting into the details of the situation we were in my husband and myself walked into the dealership on a Saturday morning basically as soon as they opened. All of the salespeople were very attentive as we entered and when I asked who wanted a headache Paul Bonilla stepped up to the challenge. Bottomline we ended up leasing a 2016 GTI Autobahn. My first thought was to get a Jetta as I previously have owned 2 Jettas one of which I purchased from Reydel. However after speaking with Paul I made an informed decision which I’m very happy with. I told him what appealed to me and he told me I should test a GTI and I would love it and I do! Darius who is the sales manager really took his time with us and went over numbers since I was unsure whether I wanted to lease or finance. A couple days later we leased a Tiguan from this dealership as well. This after having issues with Malouf Ford and being disgusted with their sales manager and sales person. Outstanding customer service goes a long way. This dealership also has an exceptional service department.
