by Lemoncreek on 07/05/2018We waited 5 weeks to get an appointment for service. We arrived at 9:00AM on the scheduled date to have an oil change and a factory recall on airbags done. It was a job that should have taken a few hours and they had our car for 3 days! No… loaner car was offered. The place was very over-crowded. This is not acceptable. If they can’t rectify this and return to good customer service practices, we will be going elsewhere.Above and beyond

by Phil999 on 06/25/2017Brought my 7 month old Jaguar XE in Thursday for an unusual problem; we park on the street near a wooded area and squirrels had chewed-through some of my engines wiring! My Service Manager Mike Loffredo assured us that their mechanic would… take care of everything. He told us to relax in their lounge while he procured us a loaner car. We enjoyed bagels, doughnuts and coffee in their spotless lounge. There were computers, newspapers, televisions and a quiet room. Very classy. Mike called us later that day to tell us that my car was ready. We picked it up the next day and it was as good as new, including software updated, and washed. Squirrels were of course not a warrantied problem and I had to pay but free coffee and breakfast and everyone so pleasant and friendly definitely softened the blow!Great Service and clean facility

by pamelag22 on 04/09/2016My Jaguar had approximately 700 miles when it had a transmission problem. It happened twice within a week. It was fixed and 3 days later the transmission light was on again. I am still uncomfortable driving it. I left two messages for… the General manager at the dealership after the second time, and never received a response. I wished I could return the car. This was my 4th Jaguar from this dealership, However, the service center was very good. They kept me informed, The part had to be ordered from England and my new car was there for 2 weeks. Tom Gryzbek, the assistant service manager was great, and also FrankMaglio, and Mike Indyk. All three were on top of the repair.Excellent service!!!

UPDATE Got a call from the dealership, just as utterly useless as the service. not a single question what the issues are... basically the vibe I was left with after the conversation was "...if you are dumb enough to come back we don't really care"
