Incredibly Overbooked

onWe waited 5 weeks to get an appointment for service. We arrived at 9:00AM on the scheduled date to have an oil change and a factory recall on airbags done. It was a job that should have taken a few hours and they had our car for 3 days! No loaner car was offered. The place was very over-crowded. This is not acceptable. If they can’t rectify this and return to good customer service practices, we will be going elsewhere.
