onSTAY AWAY - Not even a sliver of Customer Service No loaner provided for a luxury car with a breakdown for over a week in the shop... No call backs after leaving multiple messages... On delivery the car is NOT prepared at all If you have a choice just STAY AWAY from Ray Catena to save yourself pain of dealing with them

UPDATE
Got a call from the dealership, just as utterly useless as the service. not a single question what the issues are... basically the vibe I was left with after the conversation was "...if you are dumb enough to come back we don't really care"
