Dealership Service Review
Brought my 7 month old Jaguar XE in Thursday for an unusual problem; we park on the street near a wooded area and squirrels had chewed-through some of my engines wiring! My Service Manager Mike Loffredo assured us that their mechanic would take care of everything. He told us to relax in their lounge while he procured us a loaner car. We enjoyed bagels, doughnuts and coffee in their spotless lounge. There were computers, newspapers, televisions and a quiet room. Very classy. Mike called us later that day to tell us that my car was ready. We picked it up the next day and it was as good as new, including software updated, and washed. Squirrels were of course not a warrantied problem and I had to pay but free coffee and breakfast and everyone so pleasant and friendly definitely softened the blow!
