Great dealership & customer service
by Rosievt on 07/17/2020Upon starting to look at CRV's Diane came over asked if we needed any help . Very professional very knowledgeable about all trims of the CRV. She showed us all the colors of the EX version in stock. (that is the one I was interested in).… Did not feel pressured at all during the entire visit. Test drove the CRV, upon returning, Diane answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing the EX from Diane. Easy transaction. Would definitely shop @ Honda of Keene if you are looking to purchase a CVR!!! I highly recommend Diane, she totally knows the vehicles the she is selling. Professional & friendly. Dan in finance is great to work with. Great dealership! Had a large assortment of CRV's to choose from.Awesome

She wanted to know if I knew what I had in mind for a vehicle. From there she was very informative about the CRV. She… never made us feel rushed. I am completely satisfied with the transaction. Poor Service for a Dealer
by Cougars on 10/16/2019I was asked by the Dealer's system to submit this review, so I can honestly say based on their request that I am hoping to not return there for service again. I believe I pay a premium for dealer service, and that premium should come with… some advantages such as parts availability. I have had ongoing challenges with my 2017 CR-V, requiring new parts not covered under warranty for a 53,000 mile, 2.5 year old car nearly every second or third visit. On top of this, most times I go there, I am also presented with an extraordinary list of additional services I have to turn down. The last straw was this visit when my car failed inspection for a problem with a common part (brake caliber) that the dealer does not stock. If this is the case, there is no reason to go to this dealer any longer as the travel alone takes me away from half-a-day of paid work. The advantages of dealer service are sometimes good, but not with this dealer. I'd actually rather pay more to have this alleged problem serviced elsewhere because of a lack of trust in this dealer.Hello John, We are very sorry for the inconvenience that occurred at your recent visit. AC problems
by Pkeating on 06/13/2019My 2016 civic is less than 2yrs old . Bought in Aug 2017. The co ndenser was cracked on ac. I don't think it should have happened. Even though l have high mileage you only use you ac a out 5 mo. A year in this part of the country. Well worth the drive

Great Experience

No pressure sales - were were given ample opportunity to make sure the Truck we were interested in was a perfect fit for our needs. Tim Stone in Sales was… fantastic to work with - I would highly recommend Tim to any of my family or friends. Once we settled on the deal, we then worked with Dan in the Finance Dept. to finish up the sale. Dan was great, he explained everything very well and provided us with options for warranties that met our needs. This was our first dealing with Honda of Keene, we are very happy and looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our new Truck! I was very specific in what I needed for payment restraints. I gave all the information to George T. who found a few vehicles on… the lot that would fit my needs. What I liked the most was that he stayed within the guides of what I gave him. Other dealerships I went too seemed to what to 'upsell' me or didnt understand that I needed to stay within a very specific price range. At Honda of Keene that wasn't an issue. We found a vehicle that fit everything I was looking for and closed on the vehicle that same day! I couldn't have asked for a better group to work with.
