Grateful for a positive experience; I LOVE my new car

I had a problem with my 2016 Honda Accord which I brought to Honda of Keene (one of the Fenton Family Dealerships). I wasn't planning on replacing my car, but because of the extremely helpful and accommodating sales staff (Eric and Jeremy) at Honda of Keene, I decided that it was better to replace my 2016 Honda instead of trying to repair it. After looking at pre-owned cars, it made more sense to get a new car. I ended up getting a brand new Honda Accord Hybrid, which I LOVE! I feel I was given a very fair price on the new car and an excellent price on my 2016 Honda trade-in. The whole sales process (including business manager, Teagan), was painless and stress-free. We think this is the ninth car that we (my husband, son, and myself) have bought from Fenton Family Dealerships; there's a reason people keep going back! Thank you, Bill Fenton.

    I can not speak highly enough about my experience yesterday . My service advisor was excellent. He explained exactly what was being done regarding my car's multi point inspection. My car was due for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. I was informed it needed a cabin air filter and engine air filter so I agreed to have that done,also. I was very pleased with the entire process.

    While I always find the staff at Honda of Keene most helpful. My most recent experience was not what I expected. I was in for a routine recall, which did not involve repair, only a check on the vehicle. Both on the phone, when I made the appointment, and when I arrived, I was told it would be a quick and easy appointment. After waiting for the car for two hours, I went to the service desk to told them we would need to reschedule as I had another appointment to get to. At that time, I found my car was ready and no one had come to tell me. I am not sure whether my car had been ready for one minute or one hour or more. I am aware that they were very busy that day and that may have led to the lapse. I also had a problem on the previous recall in December, as did my son who has the same car and needed the same recall. Would I recommend this dealer to a friend? I will check yes, as we have been treated fairly and courteously at this dealership, but I would also tell my friend of the issues I have had, although relatively minor, with the Service Department.

    Treated with great customer service, from making a change for my scheduled appointment in the morning, the woman that took my call was very helpful changing the details of my visit to fix my tire. Upon arrival in the service department I was greeted immediately Nathan was very thorough with the explanation of what would be done for my tire. Thankfully this was covered by my tire purchase warranty made in November. Great service Thank you

    I had several recalls that needed to be done on my Honda Accord. They were performed efficiently within the timeframe that I was told it would take. They also did a free inspection of my car and informed me of a few other things that I should take care of in the future. Pleasant to deal with.

    My service advisor,quickly assisted me and informed me at all times of what he needed to do to get my car in for an oil change. I told him I had a limited amount of time due to another commitment. He proceeded to quickly have the oil change service finished, and informed me of two other services that were necessary for safety and performance of my car. I asked him if they could be done in a specific amount of time as I have another engagement he said yes and they were even done a little quicker. Thank you so much for your Customer Service, John

    We contacted this dealership since I purchased my previous car from them with no issues. Well….things do change. Attention to detail not their thing. We asked for all paperwork and the care to be ready when we arrived since traveling distance. Not! Only ones there but waited hours and had to keep asking what was the hold up. Title not even there, paperwork missing numerous data for registry, etc…

    Service people always so attentive. My car was checked and determined the scratching noise may have been caused by salt, dirt and they cleaned that and nothing else needed to be done. But about 1 mile from the dealership the noise was back but more quietly. When it was time to go up the hill by my house the noise was completely back. I called Honda and let them know. They told me to keep an eye on it and as soon as car wash was opened to bring it for a wash to see if it improves.. For the reason that noise is back I have to give some “nos” on survey here.

    When purchasing a certified pre-owned passport, Honda of Keene was very fair and helpful. The deal was made online using and honoring all fair KBB values for both the purchase and trade-in. Arriving at the dealership, the staff was friendly and the numbers did not change. This is my second great experience with Honda of Keene. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    I was very surprised when I got a call that my car was ready in an hour and fifteen minute later but before that he wasn’t gonna do the work because didn’t have the part until I spoke up and said I canceled my first appointment a week prior so u had plainty enough time to have the part in and then the service representative changed his tune. And not only that if the work couldn’t get done out of curiosity I asked about a loaner Nathan said that you could not get me a loaner. The scheduled first appointment was Tuesday December 10, 2024 had to cancel because I didn’t want to wait around in the service station for my car to get repaired and my ride fell through then I made another appointment which was Thursday the 19th 2024. I was happy that the work got done and I hope this doesn’t happen to me again in the near future.

    My 2018 Honda CRV went into limp mode with all lights flashing on the dash. Problem diagnosed and resolved by the replacement of the four (4) fuel injectors. Prompt service, good communication and fair price.
