Dealership Service Review
While I always find the staff at Honda of Keene most helpful. My most recent experience was not what I expected. I was in for a routine recall, which did not involve repair, only a check on the vehicle. Both on the phone, when I made the appointment, and when I arrived, I was told it would be a quick and easy appointment. After waiting for the car for two hours, I went to the service desk to told them we would need to reschedule as I had another appointment to get to. At that time, I found my car was ready and no one had come to tell me. I am not sure whether my car had been ready for one minute or one hour or more. I am aware that they were very busy that day and that may have led to the lapse. I also had a problem on the previous recall in December, as did my son who has the same car and needed the same recall. Would I recommend this dealer to a friend? I will check yes, as we have been treated fairly and courteously at this dealership, but I would also tell my friend of the issues I have had, although relatively minor, with the Service Department.
