Dealership Service Review
I was very surprised when I got a call that my car was ready in an hour and fifteen minute later but before that he wasn’t gonna do the work because didn’t have the part until I spoke up and said I canceled my first appointment a week prior so u had plainty enough time to have the part in and then the service representative changed his tune. And not only that if the work couldn’t get done out of curiosity I asked about a loaner Nathan said that you could not get me a loaner. The scheduled first appointment was Tuesday December 10, 2024 had to cancel because I didn’t want to wait around in the service station for my car to get repaired and my ride fell through then I made another appointment which was Thursday the 19th 2024. I was happy that the work got done and I hope this doesn’t happen to me again in the near future.
