Brake pads inspection

Service people always so attentive. My car was checked and determined the scratching noise may have been caused by salt, dirt and they cleaned that and nothing else needed to be done. But about 1 mile from the dealership the noise was back but more quietly. When it was time to go up the hill by my house the noise was completely back. I called Honda and let them know. They told me to keep an eye on it and as soon as car wash was opened to bring it for a wash to see if it improves.. For the reason that noise is back I have to give some “nos” on survey here.

It was all solved. I updated my report a while back letting you know that it was dirt/salt creating the scratching noise as suggested by the service representative at Honda.
